I'm very happy with this purchase
I needed a budget friendly chair that would work well in a smaller space and this item is exactly that. I've had the chair for a couple of days and wanted to try it out before I wrote a review. It is well built and easy to assemble. The recliner part was a stiff at first but after a few uses it's much easier to recline. The fabric feels like it would be quite durable and easy to clean. The color is exactly as it appears in the picture. I'm 5' 9" and my feet hang off a little bit, but not uncomfortably so.All and all this was an amazing opportunity to get something that is attractive and useful at a great price.

Buy it!
Wish I would have bought 2 of this…this chair is AMAZING! I bought this for my daughter to be able to sit in my office in comfort and it exceeded my expectations. Only downside is I didn’t get 2 so they would match! Great buy!

Pretty good.
I took a chance and ordered this chair- my first online purchase of furniture. I was impressed with how it arrived all intact and no damage to the box at all. Then I opened it and took out the 3 pieces- upper half, 4 legs wrapped in bubble wrap and the base. It took less than 5 minutes to put it together, without any help from the instructions. Just screw the legs onto the bottom and slide the upper back onto the 2 shafts until you hear them click into place. The color was much darker than your monitor will show you. I thought it would be a bright blue or medium blue, but it's more like a dark teal. Still... it looks good and stylish. It is a very hard firm chair and when I saw a customer video showing that the seat cushion was a bit soft as it had "give" and that she could push it back and recline with ease, that's why I decided to take a chance. It did have some off gassing odor- which lasted a couple weeks. I just put a sheet over it, until it subsided.Unfortunatly, my chair would not work the way it is suppose to. It will not recline fully and stay that way. I'm 5' 4" 125 lbs. The chair will not recline with a push on the arms and using your upper back to push it back, no matter how hard you try and I have had others try as well. I have to manually lift the lower part of the foot rest for it to go up and stay in position, just to have your feet up.I bought this chair so I could sit upright and then lean back to possibly sleep in it, since I have silent reflux. But this chair will not stay fully reclined, so that's impossible. For the price this isn't a bad chair, but they really have to work on the mechanics of this chair before they sell it as a recliner.

Great buy!
These chairs have surprised us so much! They are very well-made, perfect for our little sitting area, and comfortable. 100% worth the purchase!

It is *SO* close to great -- but MANY problems exist with the design.
I got this for our small living room. I'm 5'10" with a longish torso and was worried that the back rest would NOT reach my head. It does NOT, indeed. So, I am disappointed! The materials and workmanship of the chair are great and it has a very firm comfort-level, suggesting the chair will last a long time, but problems abound, even for the other users in our household. It "works" for my middle son, my daughter and their Mom (5'5" and twice 5'4", respectively), but their feet do not reach the floor unless they are on (extreme!) tiptoe. [Even I -- again, at 5'10" -- do not have my heels touching the floor when sitting on this chair (although I have the issue of short legs, long torso).]The dangling of legs can make sitting in a non-reclined position quite uncomfortable. My son (and our toddler, quickly following) will outgrow this chair in about a year (or ten), making it "work" ONLY for the generationally average American sized women in our family. But I say if a 5'4" woman can not have her feet on the ground (when not reclining) on such a small chair, there is a fundamental problem with the design. You would think that this could be solved by replacing the chair's legs with shorter ones. Alas, the footrest mechanism -- which pops out from underneath the chair when going into recline mode -- precludes this as there is at MOST 1.25 inch of clearance with the supplied legs; if your carpet is plush or there is a rug in from of the chair don't even THINK of even a *slightly* shorter leg. Those legs, by the way are extremely cheap plastic, the solitary OBVIOUS shortcut the manufacturer took to profitability.Speaking of recline mode, the chair does not want to easily "stay" in the far back position even with ME, whose head is the furthest from the hinge-point (thus providing the longest "moment-arm") which should help the chair STAY reclined. Of course you might think the fact that my head is "bobbling" (because it is unsupported by the back rest!) might be what leads to the chair wanting to un-recline . . . but the same problem is exhibited with the users who "fit" properly in the chair. We are all bummed. This looks fantastic and is comfortable -- but an excellent RECLINER it is NOT. We are evaluating other options within the return period. At half the price I'd probably keep it.

Updated recliner.
Rather small recliner, mechanics start out a little stiff, however fairly comfortable and very affordable. Design is updated and straightforward. I bought this because I’m having replacement surgery on my shoulder and the orthopedist advised a recliner for recovery. Easy assembly, quick delivery.

Very firm.
I love the look of them. Clean, not fussy. But a chair for an office more than a family room. Very firm, not comfy, but for my purposes they will work. I will keep for their look.
