This product is the real deal made with real wood great quality looks beautiful and modern. Comes built already all you have to do is take it out the box (fyi very heavy will need 2 people to get out the box) Packaged well and was delivered by a delivery service excellent service.

The TV stand arrived with a strong chemical smell and uneven gaps (see photo). Povison's customer support was entirely unhelpful.• The chemical smell is extremely unpleasant and perhaps even toxic. I've been airing out my living room for the past few days, but the smell does not dissipate.• As you can see on the photo, the TV stand has uneven and inconsistent gaps above the drawers. It looks really cheaply assembled. Povison must have really poor quality control for this to go out like that.• Customer support was not helpful, and dishonest in their communication. They first offered to reimburse me. After I accepted it, they walked it back, and instead suggested I fix the piece of furniture myself (a $700 piece of furniture, that is). They offered me a 10% discount if I referred any new customers.• Povison charges $50 for the pickup, and I have to deal with getting this incredibly heavy piece of furniture back into the box and lugging it downstairs.In summary: If you're thinking about buying this TV stand, just don't. It's not worth the trouble.
