LOVE THIS FAN!!
This fan was super easy to install and pumps the air flow. It has a good speed variety and is a super cute wood color. We get lots of compliments on it when people come over. It's unique and fits well in our living room.

Amazing fan!! High quality
Get this fan! ! I’ve ordered this fan four times, three of the 52 inch sized with the light and one for the smaller 42 inch with the light. They look amazing definitely a quality item. Beautiful natural wood color. They are silent and they do a great job. The airflow is perfect. The price point actually insanely good. We had previously purchased fans from Home Depot and they were so loud. And way more expensive don’t waste your time just order these.

Read before you buy!! I wish I would have seen a review like this.
Edit to add: this company is horrible. They messaged me personally regarding my negative review and offered me a “full refund”. I have not received this refund and now they are telling me that they will not give me a full refund. I do not understand them messaging me about my complaint, on their own free will, only to change their mind about the refund they’ve offered. They are now telling me I will have to return the fans to receive a refund.I’ve had these fans (I bought two) installed a few weeks now, and I think I actually hate them. Let me tell you why. While they look nice and the remote works well, these things are already making noise just a few weeks in, I’m talking loud constant noise. We have to keep getting up there and adjusting things to make it quit, only for it to start again a few days later. Also, this is the worst “feature” of these fans… they reset if you lose power. We are in the middle of tornado season in the south, and have lost power now 3 times since we put these up. And when the power comes back on, so does the fan light. And the fan turns off. Every time. So, my two small children have now been BLINDED 3 times in the middle of the night because their fans reset when the power turned back on. So I’m running through the house trying to get to their rooms to turn the lights off and fan back on before they hopefully wake up (which usually doesn’t work). I have another fan that does not do this. It apparently has a memory feature and goes right back to its last settings when the power returns. I did not realize this was not a normal feature with all fans, therefore I did not specifically look for that when buying new fans. I should have just bought two more of the fan I have in my bedroom and wouldn’t be having all these issues, but here I am for the next 15 years running to my kids rooms when the power turns off to turn their lights back off again. 🤠 yee haw

Very good looking fan/light unit
Fan blades are real wood and very attractive. The motor has a very quiet operation at 6 levels of forward and reverse operation. The led lighting is nice with three different levels of brightness. The assembly is a bit challenging to get the control unit and wiring nicely put together for the cover to go on. With a little head scratching on my part, it did result in a nice clean installation. Remotes look a bit cheesy but it does the job just fine. Very pleased with the two fan/light assemblies that I recently installed. And for those wondering, if two units are installed, I do believe that one remote can be synced to both. I did not, as mine are powered from two separate light switches.

Good responsive customer service
I bought this for my sunroom office back in Dec ‘23. It’s been a great fan and whisper quiet, which I very much appreciate. After about 18 months, the light stopped working. Fan still worked, but the light would not come on. I took the light fixture apart, and could see where the power connection had come away from the LED board. I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful in troubleshooting. After a couple exchanges and pictures, they agreed to send a new LED board. Good and responsive customer service. The LED board they sent out must have been for a slightly different or updated model, so the holes for the screws didn’t line up properly and the screws were too short to re-attach the light to the fan. But drilling 3 new holes was easy, and lucky me, I happened to have some slightly longer screens of the same size around. Only took about an hour to replace the LED board and now the light works great again. My only con for this ceiling fan is the 2 second delay between flipping my wall switch and the light coming on. Always makes me question (for 2 seconds) that something isn’t working right.

Nice looking fan, there are a couple of improvements I'd like to see
Nice looking fan and installation was pretty straight forward. There are a couple of things that I would change if I could. The color of the light is changeable but I can't figure out how to keep it at the color I want. It changes every time I turn on the light. Also, the remote is a bit complicated for my guest room. 7 buttons to control the fan seems excessive.

Fan is super quiet and moves good air
The media could not be loaded. Some of the reviews talk about how this fan doesn’t move air. I haven’t noticed that to be an issue, I think it moves sufficient air especially at the high speed setting. It is balanced and operating smoothly and quietly out of the box.Install was not difficult however, I had to modify the mounting bracket by widening the screw mounting slots with a dremmel in order for the screws to line up with the screw holes of my standard indoor fan receptacle box.The blades are wood, although prob balsa or some other species of light weight wood and they are not walnut wood. The finish is walnut color.Overall I’m very pleased with the price, I paid about 130 bucks I believe.
