Easy to use and clean. I like that I can make a cappuccino or latte anytime. The price was good considering how much they can cost and it's a nice small size. Drinks taste great and so far no issues. Heats up quickly.

The coffee is not as hot as it should be. I had concerns that the milk frother plastic tube would need replacing and start to smell even if you clean it after each use. We returned it and went for a real espresso/cappuccino set instead with DeLonghi.

Absolutely love this espresso machine because it has an attached second reservoir for milk that works for my husband and I can use it for steamed water to add to my double espresso to make an Americano! It’s a tid loud but not intolerably so; and being my first foray into fancy coffee machinery, it was easy to set up and get going!

The idea of a milk reservoir is a nice idea with an automatic frother but it isn't practical and it is messy and a pain to clean. Therefore I only use the espresso buttons.When you turn the machine on it clicks on and off like it is trying to start with the lights blinking on and off. Then when you get a steady light it is supposed to be good to go. It makes a lot of noise.If I had to do it over I would not purchase this product as it has already stop functioning once... especially for the price point.

I was looking for an espresso machine for a long time. I came across this one an I decided to give it a try. I mainly use it for the cappuccino, since I cannot drink straight espresso coffee since it upsets my stomach.I loooove it! My cappuccino turns out the way I wanted every single time.It is very easy to use and maintain. The automated frother makes things so much easier; my cappuccino is always same consistency. No cappuccino bought in stores can compare to the one I make at home. Keep in mind the coffee you use and how you ground it plays an important role too.I would strongly recommend it.

This product is cool. I wish the steam came out more and thicker foam but it works. The only other thing I don’t like so much is that it does not fill barely a regular size mug.
