Uni Ball Signo 207 ink cartridge fits perfectly
This is a beautiful pen, and looks more expensive than it is. It has a nice heft to it, rich textures, elegant design and a gorgeous color scheme. The green is darker than is shown in pictures. Knowing that it's a sub $10 pen and after seeing the reviews complaining about the writing quality, I swapped out the ink cartridge for the one from a Uniball Signo 207 disposable gel pen as soon as it arrived. The Uni-ball writes extremely well, and you can get a 12-pack of them on sale from Amazon for under $9 from time to time. Problem solved. By combining the two products, you effectively end up with the well regarded Uni-Ball Signo 207 gel pen in a much nicer case.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015ZZ7P2/

Unexpected Surprise
I like it. For the price I was shocked at the quality. Has a nice weight and it looks regal like a diplomat or a royal would use. The grip it has is nice I love the fact that the lid fits tight. When writing the lid doesn't fall off. The pen writes great comes with two refills, but that's okay I have some Schneider German top ball refills I have on hand for other rollerball pens I have. Those refills are high quality and you can buy them on Amazon. People say they have hard time with refills but I collect pens and so I know a lot about them.

I got exactly what I ordered
I bought this pen for it's color, a nice deep green. It's elegant, without being too loud. It has a good feel to it. The clip and the nib give it a nice look as if I paid a hefty price for it. Usually I keep my pens tucked away so as to keep them from getting scratched. This one though, I keep on my nightstand for easy access to write in my journal.every night. Nice job to Penagic, I look forward to buying more pens from you.

Pretty decent for the price
This pen is pretty decent it writes nice it’s pretty smooth the only thing I wish is that it came with a blue ink refill as well as the black but over all it’s great

GREAT IDEA
This pen looks and feels great....huge problem is how it writes. I was upset, being a huge pen enthusiast, because the ink doesn't flow smoothly which leads to skips and that's upsetting. I like the look and feel but now i fear I may have to send it back because it doesn't function as it should

Nice Pen, non-standard refills!
I own several of this type of capped roller ball pen, from expensive to dirt cheap. Three, including this one, were purchased from Amazon for about $10-$20, and they look and feel great. This one was like the others in having a quality fit and finish. The pen color and quality seemed very good, the cap snapped in place nicely, and the cap 'posted' firmly on the rear of the pen when writing (although other users have said the caps won't stay in place when writing, this one did). I feel there are perhaps quality control issues with this great looking pen.First, as others have noted, the refills are 'no name' brand and pretty terrible, partly because they are a very fine point. So they scratch and skip when writing on most paper. This would not be a fatal issue, because the refills look like industry standard G2 refills, like those used from inexpensive Pilot pens all the way up to big brand 80 dollar pens. So theoretically just putting in a standard G2 refill should be easy enough. The problem is, as some reviewers have noted, the name brand G2 refills (Schmidt, Schneider, Pilot, Montverde, etc.) may - or may NOT - fit in this pen! Some have been successful in using the name brands in this pen, but mine did not accept any refill except the cheap ones supplied. The ball tip hole and refill shaft measure fractionally smaller than real G2 refills, and none of them fit through the hole in the tip. This was not a problem with either of the other brand s of $10 capped metal roller ball pens I have bought on Amazon.Since some people have had success using after-market refills, and others say they won't fit. Some say the cap won't remain 'posted' when writing, others don't have a problem. My conclusion is that there some quality control issues in the manufacturing process.I won't have a pen that requires non-standard refills, so back it goes.

Great pen. Included refills poor
The pen is very nice. Well made. The included refills are all poor. They all skip as you write. I threw all of them out and purchased new Schmidt rollerball refills.Update:The Schmidt rollerball refills were not a good fit for this pen. The tip broke off after writing a few words so I returned them.I purchased the Pemmeed Rollerball Pen Refills which fit perfectly and very smooth writing. No skips and did not have to press very hard when writing. A pack of ten was about $9.00. I will use them going forward.

Nice weight but not much ink in the cartridge.
The weight of this pen is very good but the cartridge ran dry after only a few days.
