Performance Plus Carts Club Car Precedent Golf Cart Rear Flip Back Seat Kit - Factory Black

It took me about 3 hours to install the kit but once installed, it looks great and is very sturdy. One of reasons it took so long is because my 2015 Club Car had a factory hitch bracket installed in the same place that the rear seat kit bracket that goes underneath the cart was. The 4 torque screws that held the hitch bracket on were seized up and literally had to be cut out. Even though the cart is only 3 years old. Hopefully you don't have that hitch bracket but in case you do, you'll need to remove it first.Secondly, the instructions have terrible pics/diagrams which are really hard to see what it is you need to do. Therefore, I have added some pics which will hopefully help with your install. (Note: The pads still have the plastic on them.)I could probably do this install in half the time now that I've done it once.Lastly, the grab bar I received is not the same one that is in the pic as you can see.But all in all this this is great once properly installed. Like the other reviewer said, keep all the bolts organized and in the baggies which are labeled untill you actually are ready to use them. The baggies were labeled A-1, A-2......A-6.

It's a nice replacement but it's not "factory". The instruction pictures need improvement. This kit did not go on the same as the factory, I had to use the factory bar between the two rear roof supports to get the seats mounted properly. The top rear seat bracket that came with the kit did not make any sense...I got it on but now need to cut down that bar referenced as it hangs over the side and doesn't connect to anything anymore. Overall a quality product but not an OEM replacement. 2005 Club Car Precedent

Took a risk buying this off brand item.... But it's awesome. Very well put together kit. My only issue is the instructions are absolutely trash. If you aren't very mechanically inclined you will not be able to figure it out without some YouTube research. Great product. Absolutely trash instructions.

Hi, I don’t usually comment but thought I would share my experience with this seat kit. The instructions need to be improved but I found a video online that helped. Very nice solid design. Really good fit. Took two hours. Was as solid as the other brand on Amazon and included the grab bar that the other guys doesn’t. Was $200 cheaper than the other guys too. I’ve installed both brands in the past month. This model will meet almost all the same needs as the ther but is lighter but still sturdy.The other brand is built very tough but heavy and took three to four hours to install. If you are doing seat belts do the other brand because some of the bolts on that one will also work for the seat belts. If you just need a seat this is perfect.

The product itself is very good. I would give a 4-5 stars. Only have had it for a few months. Seems like a very good product. Very happy with it.Directions. The best word I can use is that they really suck. Once I finished and understood process. I wondered why it was so difficult to understand.Its like when a person knows subject some well. They try to write a simple explanation of it verbally or written but very few people will understand what you are saying because they don't have the debt of knowledge that the one with the knowledge has. I am sure the creators of the directions do not understand why many don't understand their directions.I will say that I got stumped almost right off the bat. I just was not confident in my understanding. I gave them a call and I be darn if a very nice gentleman answered the phone and helped with the beginning process.But each step was very difficult for me to understand.Would I do it again?? Not Sure. Knowing what I know now I think I would have let the golf cart store put one for the extra $150.00.My mechanical skill on a rating of 1-10. I am a 5.Good Luck

Instructions could be better but pics from other reviewers made it easier to put together. Overall it went together fine and is plenty Sturdy

Seat looks great. Took about 3 hours to install. Instructions weren’t that helpful but pretty easy to figure out.7/13/20 update: had issues with some rust after less than two months. Contacted seller who forwarded pics to manufacturer same day I sent them and had issue resolved immediately. Seller is very responsive and great to deal with. Thank you!

the instructions could have been a little clearer, especially the photos but otherwise we love this. We were able to keep our basket for jackets between the front and rear seat. Other models to add rear seating that we have seen, you lose that basket storage. Excellent price and very well made. We're going to get a lot of use out of this.
