I did purchase it for my girlfriend's office. She really needs it. This one has good quality. The leather is soft. It can also support your back, so you won't have backaches even after sitting in this chair for a long time. In addition, they offer a clear instruction and some tools. Hence, It is easy to set it up. I didn't get some trouble with that. Overall, I would recommend my friends to buy it. It is worth it.

I'm very happy with this chair! The color is great and looks like the photo, and it's very sturdy and comfortable. The faux leather is not the highest quality but for this price it's worth it.

I actually really like this chair because as a big guy those "racing seat" style computer chairs end up hurting. This chair appears to be well made with the exception of the fact that the hydraulic cylinder leaks out pressure and next thing you know you're sitting pretty much on the ground. With that being said the chair is absolutely a comfortable addition to my office area.Update:I have contacted the seller numerous times with no response. I only asked for a new cylinder because I believe that its the reason that the chair ends up at its lowest point but no answer, not even an FU. What makes it wirse is that Amazon wont do a return so I am stuck with a useless chair.Update 1: I finally recieved a response from these guys and after a few emails I was shipped a new cylinder but after maybe an hour of sitting in the chair with the broken one it was so stuck in the base that no matter the amount I pounded or anything I tried it would not come out which I told them when I wrote the company again and after a few emails got a picture attachment that showed a guy hitting the base and nothing else. I missed my return window because of the time it took to get a response from this company and the amount of time it took for the shock cylinder to get here.This chair looks good and seemed comfy at first for a big guy but I have had this chair less than 2 months and the springs in the seat cushion are breaking down, the shock cylinder I recieved I was never able to install because the old one is so stuck that the picture they sent me showing me how to hit it with a hammer did no good and when you lean back in it you are in constant fear that its going to break and you'll fall on your head because of all the greaking and cracking coming out of the side pieces. I do not recommend this chair in any way, especially if you are a bigger person like me.

The chair is easy to assemble, and tools are handy for installation. It took me 15 minutes to assemble the chair following the instructions on the manual illustrations. The armrests could be lifted, and height of the chair could be adjusted. The chair is comfortable with the leather design. I love siting on the chair in my home office for WFH. Overall, this is a great deal, and I enjoy the positive experience with it.

Lasted all of a year..., then the arm screw post came out of the seat. Maybe a year is all it's good for?

This replaced a tired and worn-out antique of a brand-new chair that I purchased a mere seven months ago. The metal base is solid and the fold-up arms are a great feature. My only complaint is that the tilt function doesn't tilt. I've turned the tension knob as far as it will go to loosen it and made sure the side release wasn't locked to prevent tilt, but the thing will not tilt. My partner has one and hers tilts. While tilt and being able to slightly recline are one of my most-desired features, I'm not about to take the chair apart and spend time with a rubber mallet trying to get the piston from the base just to return it. I'll just live with it and look at spending more money on something that has tilt next time.I would recommend testing the tilt function with the back and the seat and arms attached before putting the base and the piston on the bottom (basically a floor chair) to make sure yours tilts.

Install take about 20min not super complicated to build. Chair look very well built. Been trying it out for the last three days. Seems to be very comfortable. One thing I do like about it. It doesn’t shake or rattle when you sit down. Every one at the office seem to like it. Happy with purchase, we will give it a few more weeks might buy more.
