This is a cautionary tale for anyone considering this product or relying on Amazon's customer service for critical returns.Initial Disappointment: Damaged Goods ReceivedMy first order for the Asian True Care Pressure Washer arrived on July 13, 2025. To my dismay, the packaging was severely damaged, and upon inspection, the machine itself appeared to have been previously used. This was unacceptable for a new product. I immediately initiated a replacement request.Replacement Arrives, New Problems EmergeA replacement unit arrived promptly on July 14, 2025. The packaging was intact, and the machine looked new. However, my relief was short-lived. After barely a minute of operation, the "new" pressure washer began to leak significantly. It was shocking to encounter such a critical defect in a brand-new appliance.Amazon's Return Process: A Cycle of Frustration and Failed PromisesThis is where the true nightmare began. I contacted Amazon's service center immediately to report the leaking machine and initiate a return. I was assured a return pickup would be scheduled for the next day.July 15, 2025: The pickup guy never arrived, nor was I notified of any schedule or delay.July 15, 2025 (later): I contacted service again. Same assurance, same failed pickup.July 16 - July 20, 2025: This became a daily, agonizing ritual. Every single day, I contacted Amazon customer service. Every single day, they initiated a new return request, promising a pickup. And every single day, the pickup agent failed to show up, with no communication whatsoever.It has become painfully clear that Amazon's process has been designed to wear down customers and potentially bypass their 10-day return/replacement policy. I felt like I was being deliberately stalled and cornered.Adding Insult to Injury: The "Special Team" DelayOn July 20, 2025, after a week of relentless follow-ups and failed pickups, I was informed that my case would be escalated to a "special team" and that I would have to wait until July 23, 2025, just to know what this team was doing. This is utterly unacceptable and a blatant disregard for customer time and satisfaction.My Verdict:Asian True Care Pressure Washer: Based on two consecutive faulty units (one damaged/used, one leaking immediately), I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The quality control appears to be non-existent.Amazon's Customer Service: My experience has been nothing short of appalling. The repeated failed pickups, lack of communication, and the final "wait for a special team" tactic demonstrate a severe breakdown in their return logistics and customer support. It feels like a deliberate attempt to exhaust the customer and avoid fulfilling their return obligations.Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted time. Look for a more reliable pressure washer and be wary of Amazon's return process for high-value items, as it can turn into a protracted battle. This entire ordeal has been a disgusting and painful process.

This is a review after single day use.Installation of everything for quick easy and very basic, manual is not detailed but enough to understand everything. Tried on car tyre cleaning and liked the way it removed the dirt, tried cleaning floor tiles and wall both of which was done without any effort. Pump comes with self priming, so we could use bucket. Takes around 2 buckets of 20ltrs to wash a medium size car. Still to use foaming solution to see if this works as good, but for now it looks very efficient equipment for people who want for cleaning walls, floors, car, bikes etc.It would be great if Asian Paints provided a storage bag to keep this machine in assembled state after every use as opening the pipes after every usage for storing is a bit of a hassle.Overall a decent equipment and great pricing. Let's see how well this equipment works after a few weeks. Will post and update review if anything changes.

The product was an easy setup, powerful, and effective for home use. We used it to clean the terrace and balcony! It was effective and fun. My son used it to clean his bike. The chappie is happy with the results. With limited space in the house, this pump is not bulky - hence straightforward to pack up and store—an excellent purchase for the price point.

Pros :Excellent pressure. Very convenient to use. Light weight. Cons : Both inlet and outlet pipe fitting threads are made on plastic. It may not last long. The pump won't work until the gun lever press ( no idle run). Otherwise a very handy product !!!
