Best bullet smoker for dollar amount
Smoked a 5-pound eye of round roast and a 5-pound ham at same time. Sat down to eat Thanksgiving. Bothwere scrumptious. Tender with a good smoke flavor. I smoked 6 hours. I seasoned with Head Country rub.made a sauce with Head Country Sauce. added Worchester sauce and lemon juice Vinegar (optinal).add tomatoe sauce added ingredients depends on amount you want to cook with. tomatoe sauce is key ingredient 4 cans 15 ounce or more. when mixed lace with hot sauce. Trappys is best not as hot adds good flavor . Use wood chunks of choice. Start fire with charcoal. do not over fill water pan. I cooked on topgrill. put sauce on all sides to start. Smoked 3 hours turned meat put sauce on all sides added water to water pan as needed. after 3 hours. Smoked 3 more hours. tooked meat up cut up triple wrapped in heavy duty foil. added sauce to cover meat roll foil on tight to keep smoke flavor in meat. cook in oven at 350 degrees to help flavor and meat tender. You will not lose smoke flavor; You can eat when cools down or even freeze if cooking for later. Never warm meat without being rolled up tight or will lose flavor. You can cook meat anyway you want this is just 1 way. Keep top lid latched except when tending meat. Add wood thru door plenty room. I recommend to buy a fire-Resistant log grabber to do this. I bought one works great to add wood chunks. You don't get burned. Smoker is great sturdy and metal is very good for a bullet smoker. I judge by weight and height. Wood pan has holes in side for ventilation. Smoker has 3 vents on bottom that are adjustable. I only used 1. there is 1 on top. Bullet smoker best for The Buck on Market. There are some higher out there, but this does all I needed.I am very pleased. Read directions if you buy. I used my Granson to help me assemble. Took us about 1 hour.

Perfect for turkey and grilling
I am hosting for a big party this thanksgiving and wanted another way to do turkey other than oven. Came across this smoker and wanted to try it out, especially it’s a 2-in-1 smoker/grill.The package is well wrapped and the smoker is made of excellent grade material, it is rust proof and safe to put outdoor all the time.In the pictures shown, it has 2 layers so can smoke more food or 2 items at a time, I plan to cook a medium size turkey in the tub and smoke some yams on the top rack. Save a lot of cook time. It’s sealed great and no smoke escape out.When taken apart, the bottom and top become a globe grill which can serve 2-4 people. The thermometer on the lid tells the temperature inside so you can control the degree of cooking.So far very happy with my purchase and the food turned out great.

Like it after a simple modification
I will be honest with you on this. The smoker is well built but not as heavy as the WMS. The only issue I have is with the charcoal pan, it is too small and as the charcoal burns the ash smothers the charcoal. That was easily fixed by replacing it with a charcoal basket. I posted the basket i used . It is for a big green egg. I replaced the pan brackets with bolts. Now i am extremely pleased with this smoker. For the money and with a simple modification this is a very good buy.

Great Space for Whole chicken BBQ
I have been wanting to buy an oven that can roast lamb legs and whole chickens for a long time. So, I bought this one, I really like it for below reasons,Firstly, its material is very thick. I don't know what material it is, but it's indeed very solid and somewhat heavy. I like heavy things.Secondly, what I like most is its space. It's very spacious, with two layers, and it's no problem to roast four chickens.Finally, its airtightness is very good. If used for smoking meat, it will definitely have a very good effect.
