If you are like me, I like to write long notes or memos when the occasion arises. I like to have these pads around as they are light, thin, and convenient. Writing on the paper is easy as the pen glides. Often, I will write the note and carry that with me or give it to another. There is little tearing. The ruling is just right as I do write on the smaller side. The column to the left lets me write dates, different annotations, or note new topics. The price is great for a dozen pads. The size is perfect as memos are not novels. All in all this is perfect to keep me organized.

These small lined tablets are a good buy! I keep them in many places of my home to remind me of things I need to do. I am very forgetful and these help me remember things I do not want to forget!!!

These pads represent a good value. I would purchase this again.Pro:- good paper quality: it is white, not greyish; the paper holds up to erasing pencil writing without paper damage (including erasing that was written with a hard (#2H =#4)pencil); ink from a ball-point pen does not smudge; the paper accepts fountain pen ink with a reasonable period for drying and the ink does not migrate in the paper.- the sheets detach easily from the pad, without tearing/ damaging the sheet.Con:- the cardboard backing is somewhat flexible: not as stiff as some other pads, but is more stiff than some other relatively inexpensive pads.- the paper is not exactly 8.5" x 11": it measures 8-7/16" x 10-3/4".

I've been using notepads for business and personal productivity for 20 years. I purchased these 6 years ago when I left my employer and started a business. I've repurchased several times and use them daily. They are the perfect size for my notes and/or to-do list and when I finish one pad, I date it and remove the non-relevent pages which are perforated and save the pad along with others to refer back to which I do frequently. These serve my needs perfectly.

Great to have in every room instead of writing on random sheets of paper. This size also fits neatly in my planner.
