LIFE-FLO Estradiol-Care, Cream, Unscented (Pump) | 2oz

Most bottles out there, have a combo of Estriol & Estradiol, so I was glad to find this one with only Estradiol - the main form of estrogen that women have when they’re young. I also have a bottle of Estriol, which we have a lot of during pregnancy, and I’ve heard it’s best to alternate between these two forms of Estrogen, to reduce side effects. I rub this cream on my arms, legs, or belly, and it took me about a week of using it daily, before my hot flashes finally stopped, so I assume it has to build up in your system. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it should be more like $15, for the amount you get in the bottle.

I have been using the Bi-est for about 5 years now. I ran out and thought that I'd try just the Estradiol...WOW! This has made such a difference, I feel like I am putting on less cream and getting more estrogen. My skin is much less dry and my symptoms that were improved with the bi-est but still kind of hanging around are now gone. I have also tried just the Estriol and honestly it did alsolutely nothing for me. All of my symptoms came back. With this, I feel fantastic!

This works almost as well as prescription hormone replacement therapy for perimenopausal hot flashes. Similar side effects as prescriptions. It works better when used at around the same time each day. It worked quickly, in a few days.

Estriol is the estrogen of pregnancy. Why would an old woman want to be hormonally pregnant all the time? estrodiol on the other hand is the estrogen of youth. Wish this stuff came in a 5 gallon bucket.

I have started alternating this with Life flo Bi estro now that I'm getting further into menopause and I'm feeling so much better using both. This cream is wonderful!!! Love it!!

I prefer this over the Estriol care. This was sold out when I attempted to repurchase but this item was sold out so I had to go with the Estriol care which doesn’t really do the trick.

This Estriadol is a life saver. I do have more energy and it's easy to apply.
