Our household includes a professional chef and a professional bartender and we've been fighting over this dispenser since it arrived! It is well crafted, with a solid stainless bottle, threads, and lid. This is important since we use high pressure to make instant extracts for cocktails and food flavorings. It handles both hot and cold items well, dispensing beautiful mousses, whips, and creams. It has a generous 1-pint capacity, and there is a fairly well-defined max fill line inside the canister. With proper care and cleaning, this should last a lifetime. I think we'll be needing to purchase a second unit just to avoid fighting over this one. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking, baking, or bartending.

This is the second unit I purchased. I had to return the first one because the charge holder became stripped during the first few uses, rendering the thing unusable. I bought this because it was all stainless steel or at least some kind of metal. I wanted that so that maybe it would not leak like the plastic ones.I purchased a replacement and it didn't cross-thread, but it is so hard to screw in the charge that my wife can't even use it. I will be returning this one as well.

This is a great product the only downfall is the charge holder and thread material not compatible and is very hard to screw on. After a couple times you begin to see metal filings due to the material differences.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. We are very happy with our purchase. The stainless steel looks very nice and promises to provide durability. The dispenser was very easy to load and charge. We are loving being able to have whipped cream without all the additives and extra sweetening of the store-bought whipped cream.

This is a good replica of the isi whipped cream dispenser, but after about a month, I wasn't able to unscrew the gas cylinder head, so it's been useless ever since. I tried vice grips, plumbing wrenches, and everything else I could think of, but it's stuck. There's no way to unscrew it to get the NO2 cartridge replaced with a new one. At this point, I need a whole new top portion, but I think I'll need to go back to isi.

This product is exactly what I was looking for! It is industry quality but great a size for home cooking. I was able to make almond milk whipped cream with no nbn issues!

As another reviewer wrote, my charger holder stripped/wouldn't screw on after just a few uses. Seller absolutely refused to help, despite a (so-called) TWO YEAR warranty. There is NO warranty. The website listed on the paper you get with the whipper doesn't exist, and there is no other contact info. No email or phone.There are many other SS Whippers on Amazon. Any one of them will be better than this one, which is unusable.
