Great Value on these remotes.
My original remote had a microphone in it. These do not have that feature but for all else they work fine. Buttons are more of a tactical feel. Great value and I am glad we purchased these.

Great to use but get the tape ready!
This is a very good replacement remote for Samsung TVs. With two you can place on in use and the other one in storage in case you misplace the other (and who doesn't do that occasionally?) The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the remote will break apart if it falls from any height. I use a couple of strips of tape around the bottom of it to keep it from coming apart if it falls.

Just what I was looking for
The remotes were made for a Samsung television. I have a Samsung. I opened the package and immediately was able to use them after putting in batteries. I was very pleased that they had two remotes instead of one which made this a better quality for my money.

What a annoying and totally unnecessary experience!
These remotes were IMPOSSIBLE to open to insert the batteries. I contacted Amazon and to return the things was more of a pain than tossing them. So I gave it another shot since it really didn't matter if the thing broke because I was so annoyed that I just going to throw them in the trash anyway. I actually had to give the unit a slight twist and I saw the tiniest opening where the back slips (or is supposed to slip) off and I forced my thumb nail into the opening with way too much force than should have been necessary to get it open so I could slide the back off the remote. Lesson learned. Why? Because I had to do the same thing with the second unit.

It’s aight
Worked great out the box as if it was connected via Bluetooth I didn’t even really have to point it at the tv to change the channel but now is not as responsive and you have to press the buttons quite hard when aiming straight at it
