If you need lumbar support, this is the chair for you! I am a photographer and artist and spend hours in my desk chair every day. First of all, the chair was packed really well, it was easy to put together and all of the bolt holes lined up perfectly. It took me about a half hour to put it together working at a leisurely pace. The seat cushion is a little firm, but I imagine will break in well after some use. I also like that the arms raise up so I can more easily push the chair under my desk. Now, on to the lumbar support!! Definitely my favorite part of the chair and the reason I bought it based on the reviews. It's actually even better than I had expected. The lumbar piece can be locked in place against the back of the chair which is perfectly comfortable, OR, if you release the lever, the lumbar moves forward and the best part is it moves WITH you. If I sit forward or back in the chair, the lumbar moves with me!! It's freaking amazing! This is not a complaint but the only thing I might wish for is about 1" more of depth in the seat cushion from front to back. I would most definitely recommend this chair!

The packaging and instructions were great! I unboxed and put this chair together in probably like an hour. If that long. The design, comfort, and price you can’t beat it. My only concern now is falling asleep in meetings lol. Also, I purchased the roller blade wheels instead of using the wheels that came with it so can move easier on the carpet.

I suffer from sciatica so sitting for long periods of time is painful. I am 5ft 3in tall. This is a nice well made chair. My problem is I wish I were 5'6". It would be perfect. When I lift the height it is too high and only the tips of my toes touch the floor. When I lower it I am sitting so low I am looking up at my screen. The lumbar support would be perfect if I were taller but it hits mid back. Very frustrating since I am stuffing pillows lower down my back. I had to order a stool for my legs. Still isnt good for my back pain. So it is perfect for someone who is at least 5'6 -5'10".

The chair was easy to put together and it looks nice. The lumbar support is great, but the seat is not comfortable. As soon as I sat in the chair I knew that I would not be able to sit in it for hours at a time while I work. I’ve been using it 2 days now and have had to add a cushion to it.I would only recommend this chair to someone who does not need to sit in it for very long at a time.Pictures show with and without the added cushion.

I work from home and have gone through several desk chairs. I tried the standard office chairs, the gaming chairs etc. This is the only chair I will use from now on. It is Very sturdy, comfortable and the lumbar plate is a game changer! I use to deal with numbness in my legs, constantly having to shift around. This chair is the best!

My biggest complaint is that the chair seat tilts downward. Everything else is good quality, the movable arms are great and the adjustable height.UPDATE: 12/6/24 This was not a good purchase! I am sliding out of the chair daily as the tilt downward in the front is bad! If you are looking to stay put in the chair, I do not recommend this chair as it's a workout to stay in it.

I got the box seal never open. The left arm rest where drill all the way threw with no stops for the screw I had to buy 10 dollars of epoxy and 4 dollars of washer to make it work and 8hrs of work and dry time. For 170.00 chair not a good buy.
