I unloaded box and checked all items. I found a broken part & immediately contacted Amazon Customer Support before going any further. I was informed I needed to be transferred to the ‘Heavy/Bulk’ items department. Thankfully the original Amazon worker kept on the line. She informed me that the Heavy/Bill Dept had ‘a high call volume at that time’ & said I would get a call back later that evening. No call came. The next day through evening, no call came. Today, so far, no call has come.The bed itself set up easily. The broken part was the top piece for the headboard. Assembly took 3 hour 11 minutes for the bed (which includes my call to Customer Servoce). Then I did the drawers the next evening-that took under 60 minutes.Instructions were easy to follow. I did most assembly alone, but had my kid help on the slats so that would go faster.We have yet to use the drawers, & the bed is on carpet. I’m already planning on how to tackle wheel wear on the carpet if necessary.Update: a whole new bed was received. I had to unpack and trade out the broke part fir the ‘new’ part. Then I repacked and sealed up the box. I set up a return; they let me know when it would be picked up from my home. Whew! Fixed.

This will definitely meet your needs for storage. The bed sits very very low. So if you have back problem this is one to avoid. I would have returned it but it was a pain in the butt to set up. The light feature is very nice when it works. It’s kind of hit or miss . Please do not skimp on a good mattress. Upside. Visually a beautiful bed , will make your bedroom space look much more spacious . I will give it a year or two before I switch this out at the very least get some use to it .

I wanted this bed frame because of the storage, charging ports and the lights it came with. I wasn't disappointed with the bed frame and its features, and now I can charge my phone from my bed. The lights are nice added bonus to make the bed frame look cooler.The only bad part is it's difficult to put together and not all the pieces fit or aligned with the bed frame measurements. I have 2 pieces that I couldn't figure out how to screw it to the bed because there was no hole for them. I also had to hammer down some pieces because it was bent too much. On the very top of bed frame the wood isn't able to fully lay flat so it's just poking awkwardly upward. Don't know if it's the manufacturer or if the bed frame parts that were sent me were just incorrect.Other than that it's a good bed frame, really sturdy, I love the drawers and how it just rolls out and rolls back in.

Bought this new bed for my 18 year old son. He must really like it because he said it is "SICK" lol. Takes a little work to put it together but it is very sturdy wand well constructed when completed. The LED lighting and electrical outlet/charging ports work perfect and are very nice features that evidently make this bed earn the amazing "SICK" status

This is for a full size mattress. It was easy to put together. Although it does take a couple hrs, the process was simple. The drawers roll very easily and you have to pull up just a bit so they can “lock” in which is cool. So far seems pretty sturdy. The only complaint I have is the lights. They work for 3 seconds after you plug them in but quit working after that. If there’s something I can do to fix that problem then please let me know. Thanks in advance.

The bed took a little longer to put together but once everything was said and done it came out beautiful. Would purchase again.

When I ordered this frame it had 3 reviews. And not all good, but I took a chance. And I’m glad I did! This frame is everything I wanted! I love that the drawers lock in to place so they don’t wiggle. All the storage on top and behind the headboard. The lights I got I have no issues with! The bed was super easy to assemble and came with everything we needed! Overall an amazing frame and would recommend it to anyone!!

This bed was pretty easy to assemble. We love the drawers to hold all the toys. My son loves the outlets that are built into the headboard. The quality seems like it will last for a while.
