My original intention for the stool was to have a place to sit to put my shoes on before leaving out of my apartment, because I don't walk on my carpet with shoes. So I had this close to the door. But then, while sitting on my high back bench at my dining room table, I found it useful as a footstool so that my feet didn't dangle causing me back pain. It's a really adorable little stool, and has a compartment that you can put things inside as well. I keep a lint roller for the cat on the inside.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this little stool to put together a makeup vanity for my daughter for her birthday. It was perfect! Good quality and sturdy! Love that it has storage inside. Buy it!
