I bought these brakes for my custom gokart.Installing the brakes took creativity, but that is to be expected when you buy something like this I included pictures of my linkage for the master cylinder, and how amount of the caliper. The holes in the rotor did not match the holes on my previously purchased mounting hub. The bolt pattern for the mounting hub is pretty standard for mini other brake sit ups or sprockets in these go cart and Mimi bike applications. Which confused me why the designers of these brakes didn’t match that pattern. I simply had to drill new holes in the mounting hub, which was not a big issue. The large center hole in the rotor matched the diameter of the center section of the mounting hub, which made the drilling process easy. Once I got everything installed. I noticed that the brake fluid that came with the product was already discolored so I bled the brakes which was not a difficult process and put new fluid in.I’ve been using these brakes on my go kart for the past 2 weeks and they work very well. They are smaller than I expected when they arrived but they have plenty of stopping power for my 40 mile an hour go kart with 13 inch tires. As a matter of fact, when it rained I was driving around and on multiple occasions, accidentally locked up the rear end and spun out. This was not a malfunction of the brakes at all but in fact is proff of how well they work. so far, the brake pads are in good condition, and even if they wear out soon, they include an extra set, which will be easy to install.These definitely have a few small issues like the misaligned holes and poor brake fluid but if you are able to fabricate what is needed to install these fixing those small issues should be very easy for you and should not discourage you from buying this product.

The hose line could have been about 12inches longer, couldn’t route in the best way to avoid high center the bottom of go cart

Great product for the money but needs a longer break line for golf kart electric to engine swap. While I gave a five star but I got to take it back the caliber keep losing the rear pad.

Worked before installing but now can not seem to get bled!

Very poor performance. Used on a go kart, they can barely keep it stopped much less come to a stop. Brake pads easily pop out of place as well. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. After loosing brake pads on several occasions, I decided to replace the caliper with a different brand. That solved the problem. So perhaps I just got a bad one, but regardless this one isn't worth it.
