I like that this has absolutely nothing else in it. Just pomegranate fruit powder. As with most fruit powders, the flavor compared to fresh is mild in comparison. This powder is what I expected. It has as light taste, pleasant light aroma. I usually add it to my iced matcha or green tea. I use a handheld frother to get it well mixed. As with any food powder, expecting it to fully dissolve is not realistic. If it takes me awhile to work through my drink, then I do a little swirling once in awhile.Works well in smoothies and oat bowls. I havent used it for much else. I just want to consume pomegranate regularly but don't necessarily want to drink juice or eat the hard to find (for my area) fruit itself.Fresh, well packed, no concerns at this time. Will consider again. I dont rate on price.

Either there were some instructions that were left out on this stuff or it was just bad! It did not taste like anything edible. Were you supposed to add sugar with it or what? What was I missing...for the price I paid!?

Given the health benefits of pomegranate, I decided to give this powder a try, especially since it's made from arils only.Surprisingly, this powder can actually be used in so many different ways:sprinkle over my leafy-greens/salads and post-workout smoothie are my daily routine;My wife adds 1-2 spoons of this sweet-tart powder into beans, pastas and chickpeas, and my son loves the flavor when added in pancakes.Given it's flavor, I plan to use this powder in herbal teas and soups/stews as well.The finished recipes have been delicious no matter how you use it!

I like adding pomegranate juice to drink for taste but it has a lot of sugar. I tried this powder because it had almost no sugar. 1st, it would NOT mix. It just clumps up. I was hoping it would be like a hot chocolate mix, but no way. Marbles of it would get wet on outside of "marble" but would not mix. Vigorously stirring did not help much. Just smaller "marbles". Put in a blender and "blasted" it on high speed with a little water, finally making a syrup of sorts. I had to keep pushing with spatula marbles that would blast above where liquid was. Finally quit and tried it only to find that it had VERY LITTLE taste. Go back to real pomegranate juice.

Great stuff - good buy for the money, given the weight, but it should be noted that the "environmentally friendly" paper zip-loc bag is lined with plastic, AND the powder itself is sealed inside another plastic bag inside this outer bag. The upside is that if you don't mind opening and closing two bags, the pomegranate powder doesn't clog the zip-loc mechanism, which is usually the case with nutritional powders in "plain" zip-loc bags.

Fresh smell & taste, just like fresh pomegranate. I love adding this antioxidant powder to my morning smoothies every day. Saves me all the effort of peeling a pomegranate. I also add this to my desserts and soups. So easy to use and yummy !!

This superfood is a great addition to any smoothie, salad, and drink. Our family loves it.
