These bowls are great time savers when preparing a meal that has a side dish. Diced cantaloupe, diced tomatoes or coleslaw and anything else you want to put out a meal time. Also perfect for nuts or candy when you are entertaining. They are very strong and make a nice presentation on the table.

Smaller than expected.
Nice, sturdy, attractive bowl. Perfect size for slightly less than 1 cup of something. My guests used them for a fruit salad...they were perfect for that. However, I wanted a nice bowl for homemade ice cream, which for my family is at least 2 scoops plus topping. These bowls were too small. My fault...I didn't think about 8 oz. = 1 cup. I should have paid more attention.
