Excellent magnesium supplement!
This is part of my daily supplementation. Being an MS patient, I notice a big difference with regard to less spasticity and more sleep. This is one of two magnesium supplements that I take, and I’m very impressed with this one.

Great Mag Supplement
I have really liked this magnesium supplement. It is gentle and hasn't caused any adverse reactions. I've taken it to help with the absorption of Vitamin D. It is an inexpensive but pretty clean product so I feel comfortable taking it. Will purchase again.

I mainly got it because I heard it helped with sleep. I’m an avid melatonin user and wanted a healthier alternative that didn’t make me drowsy the next day. I’ve definitely noticed a difference. It relaxes me before bedtime and I can fall asleep easier. Definitely recommend. It has other health benefits as well
