Great! Wish there was less plastic packaging
These are a great item, being able to add clip straps is very helpful, I just wish there was less plastic packaging wrapped around them. It's a lot of was for such a small product.

Looks nice, good workmanship but some design issues
First, in my opinion this strap is good looking and well made. The materials seem strong as do the seams on both the leather and fabric - no loose threads. The ends of the wide part are made of cow leather and are much stronger and tougher material than the usual PU (polyurethane) leather being used on many products these days. A thinner strap (nylon?) goes from the leather to your camera. That's probably a good idea since the 2" wide strap could get in the way if it went all the way to the camera. The color and design are more subtle than they looked in the product photo, which is a plus to me. The pattern fabric is only on one side of the strap - the backside is a black webbing (looks and feels like nylon but the description says it's cotton).I do have some issues with some of the design choices. My main camera (a Panasonic Lumix DMC-G85) can be fairly heavy with a big lens on it. It would have been nice if the wide neck strap had some actual padding. There are two types of connectors to use - a small metal keyring-style connection or a leather connection with a small hole. The metal ring link requires you to loop the camera connectors through them twice to get them secure, and they are small and tight. I frequently take the camera strap on and off depending whether I'm working with a tripod or not - this is going to make it tougher than it needs to be. I'm not sure the leather option would stand up to repeated use since my camera also uses a looped wire key-ring connector (triangular). I'd much rather have seen a snap style carabiner fastener on the strap and will probably look for one that's suitable here on Amazon. Finally, while the strap length is adjustable, when shortened the strap loop won't go high enough to secure the long loose ends of the strap before running into the wide cowhide. That lets the strap end just flop around and get in the way. It's a well made camera strap, but in my opinion there are some design issues. If I could I'd give this 3.5 stars I would but since Amazon doesn't do halves, I'm giving it 4.

Spent an hour working on this... let me explain.
Okay, I have a new Canon R7 which is an $1800 camera rig with included lens, and I am a little paranoid of dropping the camera. I really like this strap a lot and it has both types of connectors on the end including a metal loop, and the canvas style fabric loop which would work better on my R7 since it has the wide flat loops on each side. Some cameras come with a fixed metal ring on each side so that base is covered as well. So, onto my R7. I spent an hour looking for some kind of quick disconnect that I could buy and incorporate into this strap with the least amount of fuss, and I wasn't feeling secure about any one of them. The last thing I want to experience is the camera crashing to the ground due to a loop that let go.The one caveat is yes, with the factory connection you can use it securely, but in order to remove it, you have to go through a few hoops, which are doable, but I was looking for a quick snap hook adapter or something because I don't want the strap attached to the camera inadvertently. I finally resolved myself to knowing I need to just use the way this strap is built, and spend an extra few minutes to release the camera every time I use it. I dd find one alternative, and I am not exactly sure it is the ultimate in functional security, but I think I will give it a ho. That is the "VKO Camera Strap Quick Release QD Loops Connector for DSLR SLR Mirrorless Cameras Neck Shoulder Strap Binoculars Adapter Connect Connection Links (Big)". That would enable me to place the loop through the flat connector on my R7, pull it all the way through, and then run the metal ring through the strap part of it, and then just connect it to the metal ring on the strap. Once again, the safest thing to do it just run this strap the way it was manufactured through the flat opening bracket on the R7, or if your camera has the metal loops use it with the ring option on this strap. With the VKO to completely remove it, you could have to pull the strap back through the loop and undo it and that is only marginally less work than just undoing the factory strap. However, I could see the short VKO being left on the camera during interims and it would not get in the way. For extended tripod shoots for example you could rather quickly remove it.Anyhow, specific to the strap, it is attractive, very well made, you could probably lift a person with the strength of the fabric of the strap alone, the connectors are best left to the weight of a typical camera. Very nice strap.UPDATE: Okay the "VKO Camera Strap Quick Release QD Loops Connector for DSLR SLR Mirrorless Cameras Neck Shoulder Strap Binoculars Adapter Connect Connection Links Big" has arrived and it makes this PADWA Speed Red Embroidered Camera Strap a total GO AHEAD DEAL. IT WORKS GREAT. You can put the flat of the VKO through your camera attacher whether it be flat or round, and then wind it through itself, then take the metal ring of the VKO and attach it to the metal ring option on the PADWA camera strap. BINGO ULTIMATE SOLUTION, and no difficulty because The VKO can stay attached to the camera, with only the fabric canvas style looks touching the camera body. The attaching chrome ring of the VKO it attached to the metal of your camera so that is not going to bang around. I'm superbly happy with this combination, and consequently, I changed my review to 5 stars. Get one.

A Wider Strap Would be Better
I ordered this PADWA Purple Daisy Printed Camera Strap to hold a Fuji X-Pro1 camera.I usually carry a large, heavy camera. After my most recent trip, I decided that I really need a smaller, lighter camera to take on trips. I found a used Fuji X-Pro1 in great condition and for a great price, and I ordered this strap to use with it.The strap can be fitted onto pretty much any camera. It is easily adjustable so it works over the shoulder or around your neck. The strap is 2 inches wide and is comfortable if you are carrying a light camera. Once you start hanging a lot of weight, though, a wider strap would be far more comfortable, as a 2 inch strap with a lot of weight on it will definitely dig into your neck or shoulder. The strap seems to be well designed and made of sturdy materials, so I'm not concerned that it might fail and dump my camera on the ground. The strap has a nice vintage style that pairs will with a film camera or a retro-styled digital camera.
