Wrong name engraved even through invoiced ordered correctly
Overall like the idea and product but name is spelled wrong even though the paperwork in the box shows it was ordered correctly. Since this is a custom item, no returns are possible....No way to contact manufacturer to hopefully get a free corrected replacement. Unfortunately, it won't get here before the May 4 wedding gift item it was intended for :( Still would like a replacement.

Mine said (Jeffrey - Elisha) when turned to Jeffrey was hard to read. Cheap material. Price was high for quality. Would not purchase again.

It’s cool. But they spelled my name backwards.
One direction it reads the proper way, the other way the name is backwards. The name is “Mark” so it’s a common name they can’t really confuse.
