I have low arches, not flat. I also have a bad metatarsal joint in one foot. I use these inserts in my MTB and work shoes. I walk about 9 miles a day in my work. I am about to purchase more.Soft sole shoes and memory foam inserts are ruining our feet. The shoes and inserts wear out so quick and in the longterm damage our feet. They feel really good when trying them on in the store for 5 minutes, but wear them all day and they hurt. The bones of our feet will carry the weight, but if you sink into the footbed of a soft surface, it presses on the soft tissue and nerve endings.Who benefits from us trying a never ending supply of shoes and inserts? Who benefits when these soft materials break down every 4 to 6 months and have to be replaced? Remember quality leather footwear that had leather inserts? Lasted for years.For a few years I made my own inserts from either cork or leather because I couldn't find anything firm. Prior to that I tried all the new age miracle foam inserts. I spent hundreds of dollars on inserts. Now that I have found these Run inserts, they replaced all other inserts for me.Best of luck in finding what works for you!

I like that they are slip and fit nicely over my Orthotics and giving my feet nice comfort.

Good soles with firm support, not much cushion but comfortable for walking.

These are the best insoles for minimalist shoes. It is wide without much cushioning. It is kind of stiff at first but molds to your feet after a while.

Put them in my barefoot work boots. Jim Green look it up awesome company. Fit good and broke in nice

My foot slid around my altras too much with these and they are not breathable. I’ve never felt pain on the top of my feet like that before. I’m wearing them without insoles now and it feels better.

A little double-sided tape applied to the bottom of these inserts helped get my no-rise shoes' "drifting insoles" issue under control. Before, every time I took a walk, the dang things would slowly creep up the back of my heel, leaving nothing underneath for support.PROBLEM SOLVED: Now, I walk in comfort, and my no-lace shoes slide on and off way more easily!Very cush, very comfy, and from all appearances, apt to last a very long time.

They are fine and they do help but they are ridiculously expensive for what they are. On the other hand, they do carry large sizes.

The media could not be loaded.  Wore these insoles for 45 minutes of running and walking. The Next morning this was the state of both inside my shoes. Also returning is a rigmarole....
