Didn’t do the job properly!
Basically the hardness indicator did not work. It gave virtually the same reading for the water from the direct feed tap and the water out of the softener. I bought some test strips and they gave totally, and in my opinion, correct reading; hard water from the direct feed tap and soft water from the softener. So I returned it.

Very High Quality Test Meter
I have used this test meter for many years and it is still working well. It is well made and when comparing it to other ppm meters it seems very accurate. All the ispring products I have used are outstanding quality. If you ever do have a question about installation or an issue with any product you purchased from them they are there to help! There costumer service is the best I have ever seen! Sean has helped me trouble shoot and also offered quick and easy assistance with parts and filters even when my system was no longer in warranty. You will not find a better customer service department anywhere!!

BUEN PROBADOR TDS PARA MEDICIÓN DE CALIDAD DEL AGUA . MUY PRECISO , pero para la temperatura muy lento ,necesita mucho tiempo sumergido para saber la temperatura
