How could anyone rate this higher than a 1 - the holes don't match the bolts
Returning mine for multiple reasons. I can not fathom (beyond fake positive reviews) how this has such a high rating. Yes - it is compact but the base is borderline too short for stability while using... as you get started the whole thing has risk of tipping enough that a foot will come off the ground. It would probably be ok for someone who is 5' tall or shorter. So that is a big problem. The other problem is the design and assembly. How it describes things, pictures things vs reality are all different. It references pieces that may or may not be pre-assembled. Annoying but I made it through... only to discover that the manufacturing of this is terrible. There are square headed bolts that fit into square holes so they don't slip - great idea! Except when I was assembling the arms (the last step) - where the arms (with square holes) fits onto the pivot portion... the pivot had round holes - which meant the bolts won't go all the way in. You could tighten them down with a big enough wrench and force it probably - but that would rip the round holes open and, over time, would cause the arms to slip and rotate as that constant pressure rips the holes open more and more.On the plus side - it was pretty quiet but that is the only thing I could say for it. It has 16 settings for tension and, honestly there wasn't much of a difference between lowest and hardest --- I'm sure if it was any harder for tension you would be at risk of falling over as you used it.

Easy set up
Good product; I set it up by myself in under an hour. Instructions were little strange but I managed to figure it out. Sturdy, feels a little cheap but I expected that considering the price. Still worth the money if you don’t want to spend a fortune on gym equipment.

Good for the Price
A good machine for the price. Rocks side to side a little bit. Not gym quality, but overall it does a good job of what it is supposed to do.

Wobbly and falls apart
First, the setup instructions were not the greatest. It took a few hours to assemble but would have been faster if the instructions were clearer.Second, and most importantly, this thing wobbles like crazy. The base is not very wide so when you’re using it, it wobbles side to side the entire time.Lastly, the bolts come loose frequently. I’ve had to re-tighten the bolts several times since we bought it. Not worth your money, I would look for something else.

WOW!
I bought this product looking for an OK home eliptical. I don't need an expensive machine with a built in LED, blu tooth etc... Just needed to work. Based on the product description and reviews, this was everything I wanted. Assembly was simple, but ran into problems when I was missing a crutial piece (resistance knob). Took a few tries to get though to customer support but finally got someone who was able to help me get the replacement part. Three weeks later the part came and I was able to finish piecing it all together. Tried it out for the first time and noticed something was wrong. My suspicion was correct then I opened the main assembly and saw the belt broke almost immediately my first use.So the only workout I got was working up a good sweat disassembilng the individual parts so they would fit nicely in 3 garbage bags. I knew it was a gamble based on the price, so I'm not even mad. I'm not the type of person who would take the time to write a bad review, but I'm actually impressed with how bad this whole experience was and felt compelled to share.

A good machine, except this...
It does seem solidly made. The assembly is a bit complicated and took me a couple of hours, but it's not that bad if you follow the instructions carefully.Update to the issue below. I added a second lock washer from the hardware store to that loosening bolt and that may have fixed the issue - going to give a thorough test today to see. There is one serious problem, though. The motion of the arms loosens the bolt on the right side that hold the side bar on - it actually came off while my spouse was using it. Fortunately she wasn't injured but this is dangerous. I double-checked the instructions to be sure I hadn't missed something and tightened the bolt thoroughly, but it still loosens gradually when you use the machine. The bolt ought to have been reverse-treaded to tighten counter-clockwise (as the threads on the right pedal are). I have written to support for advice on how to stop this from happening, but unless I get a satisfactory answer, will disassemble and return it.

Great product and great customer service!
The elliptical works great, exactly the one I was looking for with straight forward UI and best or all, no need to connect internet in order for it to work. What’s better is the customer service, I accidentally cut off one wire while I unwrap it. I contacted their customer service and they quickly shipped me a replacement now works perfectly. Highly Recommended!

Waste of money if you weigh more than 100lbs
I weigh around 220 and I am 5'10 and this thing wobbles terribly. My husband warned me not to buy this - I really wanted him to be wrong and wanted it to work for me- but it's not well made.I tried multiple floor types to see if it would help - but it didn't. After the second time of use the screw holding the arms on fell off -multiple times no matter how tight I put them on. The wobbling left marks on my floor (see pic) and my big feet kept hitting the base in the back cause the feet pads are open on the inside and my feet move inward and knock the base. Also the iPad/phone holder is way too low for to watch a show.Overall disappointed with this product.May be suited well for a much smaller person than me- the description said up to 330lbs - ha ha no way!
