It works well and is CHROME…
This flange worked perfectly with our Delta Shower Arm. For anybody though who is wondering why they received an ugly, dull grey one when they ordered shiny chrome…you have to peel off the protective coating. I ordered mine for ½ the price from Amazon warehouse. No scratches, damage, whatsoever. Must have been one of the ones that were sent back.

It's a good shower flange
There's not a whole lot to say. This is a basic Delta shower flange. It is supposed to be a metal part, which I think it is, but it's not super thick or heavy duty. I'm not too concerned about the durability of the shower flange because it's not exactly going to get a lot of abuse.It complimented the Delta RP61273 Addison 15-Inch Shower Arm, Chrome perfectly.

No scratches!
I would normally just buy these at the home improvement store, but in all honesty I couldn't find a single one in a whole box full that wasn't scratched up or bent. I ordered several of these to replace them in three bathrooms with new shower heads and necks. Not a single one of these arrived scratched, bent, dented or blemished. Has a peel-off protective wrap and polishes up super shiny.

Cheap price if ordered with shower head

Cheaper than the price.
I ordered the white flange for my daughter's shower. Product is poorly made, cheap metal, and is coated with a thin plastic material that is actually light green. Coating does not cover all of underlying metal, and there were deep scratches in the coating exposing the underlying metal when I took it out of its packaging. Certainly not worth the price. I cannot use and will throw away. Will buy a better quality product at Home Depot.

Peel the coating before using
I am so thankful it was wrapped in the grey rubber!! It protected it during shipping and when I dropped it! No dents, no scratches or anything! Just peel and press onto the pipe and done!!

The Star Say- It's OK.
There is nothing of significance about this escutcheon. It's a lightweight, typical piece you'd find in a bin (not that kind of bin) in a big box store. The chrome is of pedestrian quality, not particularly shiny. It looks and feels like polished aluminum, but it's chrome.That it's a Delta product is not a selling point. It does the job in utilitarian fashion. I got it here while ordering some other stuff, and saved a trip to a big box improvement store.
