CKeep 4 Rolls Kinesiology Tape, Original Cotton Elastic Athletic Tape, 20 Precut 10" Strips Each, Black, Ideal for Muscle Support & Injury Prevention

this is the second 4 roll box of KT type tape I have purchased on Amazon and I am thoroughly satisfied. the last box, i bought from a different seller/brand. The quality is effective for its intended application. I just tried it today and i found it easy to apply, even on slightly oily skin from skin lotion I applied earlier and it sticks well from end to end. it is lightweight though effective and using some online videos of how to apply it for my injury, I found almost immediate relief from pain. The color is nice and neutral, the strips are perfect size for long strips or cutting in half for smaller strips. I found it not too difficult to remove later in the day. It also held up through 20 min of a hot jacuzzie and shower, without any peeling.

Good tape, it holds its elasticity and stays on for about a week with proper care. The tape gives me excellent support for my knee until I can get my knee replacement done. It even holds up to repeated exposure to water.

I have arch pain, which I believe is undiagnosed Plantar Fasciitis. I’ve aggravated it and it hurts when I walk. I got this to support my arch when I walk and run. It worked well, just enough to keep it from hurting. I went on YouTube to see how I can wrap it myself and found it super easy. I’ve seen this tape everywhere but never thought to use it myself. I’m pretty sure from now on I’ll always keep some around. It can replace my brace and compressions sleeves or add additional support for flare ups. I put it on last night, ran a 5k race, took a shower, walked another 10k steps and still it hasn’t moved. I tried to pull up the corner and it wouldn’t budge. I’m not sure when it will release so I can replace it but it’s certainly more than as day. Goo Gone might help but for now I’ll just wait to see how long it last.

Product was exastacly how it was described. Pre cut strips, "nude/skin " color", and had great bonding to skin.It is compare able to K TAPE. I would say only difference would be it is not as thick of material as KTape. Still does the job and with 4 rolles I have enough to tape up my body for daily work outs.Good product, will definitely purchase again.

I have been using Kinesiology tape for some time now. I have never purchased the brand name, only off brands. The ones I have purchased before have never had very good adhesion & that is the reason I purchased this brand. I like the nude color so it’s not obvious that I am wearing it. It is easy to put on & I like that the package included instructions for different parts of the body & how to place it. It is comfortable as I don’t even notice I have it on. It’s not thick & I don’t want a thick tape on. I just put this on so I cannot speak to longevity yet but I think it’s a good quality tape.Update: This tape works WONDERFULLY! It has super adhesion so do not put it in places where you have sensitive or thin skin! I use it a lot on my knees & it stays on a lot better than generic brands I have used before & it really helps! I have not had an issue with any residue left on my skin & I have left it on for over a week at a time! This is a must purchase if you are looking for Kinesiology Tape!

Six Stars!! This tape is awesome, I’d say better than the branded KT, and the cost for 4 rolls is insane deal!! Don’t think twice about this product.

The item was as described. The stretchy tape is an amazing product that I first experience at a CVS store. I looked for a similar product on Amazon and found this product and have purchased it several times since. Just as good as the product from CVS, but cheaper and in the 4 pack container. I completely severed the ACL in my right knee playing football in High School and had the cartilage removed about 15 years later. I'm 78 and don't want to go through a knee replacement. This tape has kept me moving without a knee replacement with very little discomfort.

I have had great success with this "sports tape"...I don't use it for sports but to reinforce a weak area of my leg and ankles. It adheres well but also removes easily. It does remove my leg hair when I remove it...not a problem for me. If I had known about this years ago I could have saved myself a lot of pain. I am able to keep it on for 2-3 days; swimming, hot tubbing, and bathing softens it and then it usually needs replacing.
