The clasp is a little tricky to figure out, but once you do, you will appreciate the security of its design. For something at this price point, the value is exceptional. The necklace is well made, and the length is perfect for any neckline style. It's sparkly, doesn't look cheap, and really finishes an outfit nicely. I would purchase again, but I don't think I will have to!

(Original Review) The necklace appears to be beautiful. However, I can't even open the clasp to even try it on. With a lifetime of loving and wearing jewelry, this has never been a problem for me. I googled the company, looked for answers on their website, and sent a message to their customer service, with photos. It has been a week and I have gotten no response. So I am going to return it. Too bad, I really think I might have liked it, had I been able to get it on and off. It should come with instructions.(Update) The company reached out to me following my review. They sent explicit instructions which helped me easily operate the clasp. The necklace looks beautiful on. I want to share their clasp instructions for anyone wanting to try this necklace:We're truly sorry for the issue. Here are step-by-step instructions to help you unlock the clasp on your necklace:1. Locate the main clasp—it’s the larger, box-shaped piece where both ends of the bracelet connect. (My note: this is the side with two knobs).2. On the side of the clasp, you’ll see a small lever or tab.3. Gently pull or press this lever outward using your fingernail. This will release the internal catch.4. While holding the lever, carefully pull the two ends of the bracelet apart. It should open easily. (It did).If you feel any resistance, avoid forcing it. I wanted to love this necklace. It’s so beautiful, the size is perfect. I did get the 15 inch one. There is just absolutely no way this necklace stops flipping over. I’ve tried everything. Everyone can see it, and tries to fix it. I think I’m going to be sending it back. There’s just no point in even trying to wear it.

It’s pretty and heavy which is good quality. The problem was I got the short chain(3mm) and you couldn’t see the diamonds when I wore it. They rolled down and then you would see the “silver” part of the necklace. Returned.

I got this necklace for a wedding I am in this coming New Year but I figured I would also get it to wear as a casual look before hand. At first glance it’s super shiny and sparkly. It’s also pretty heavy in comparison to others I’ve tried which can be a good thing as it tells me it’s pretty durable. The clasp is easy to use if you have short nails but if yours are a little longer it does become tricky like most jewelry. I first ordered the shorter length and it was choker on me so I reordered it in the longer length which hits just right. The size of the studs on the necklace are not too large but not too small. They can pass for the real deal. My only complaint is that since the necklace is a little dense it does seem to twist and not lay flat when wearing which can be a little uncomfortable or annoying to have to fix every so often.I’ve attached some photos that are in a dim light so you can see just how elegant these are even in a lower light.

I wore it for like 2 weeks before the clasp broke, so bummed because I got SO many compliments on it and it really elevated the most basic outfit. The metal clasp just stopped clicking into place out of no where. It was comfortable and not too heavy but not light/cheap feeling. The look of it was worth the price but sorry if should have lasted longer than 2 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing it
