Works for me. My hair grows in higher quantity when I take this daily, my nails are able to grow longer cuz they stop flaking and breaking. I stopped using it for a couple years and regret stopping. Now that I’ve been taking it again for the past several months my hair is growing in fuller and I can grow my nails out long. I’ll probably just continue to take it daily for the rest of my life.
