Reviewed again - original title “Avoid”
So after my original review below, the company got in contact offering remedy actions, which have worked, and offering a full refund (which I didn’t take as it now works as expected). They were quick to do so and it was very good customer service.However the fact remains it didn’t turn up working first time. Pleased it now is.————————-Does not work properly. Works intermittently at best. Not good quality

Constant beep that won't turn off
The product is faulty and unfortunately, as it was purchased as a Christmas gift in plenty of time before Christmas, can not be returned.After set up, looks great and works but after your press buttons on the remote to cycle through options it freezes and then has a constant beep that won't turn off, even if you push the off button on the remote. The only way to reset it is to unplug it. Once plugged back in, the same issue arises.

Works well
This was very handy for the kids bedroom as not only can an alarm be set by remote but the brightness is adjustable for time of day/night. Having a low profile easy read clock was a must as this needed to fit up high and away from wandering hands. So far this seems like they have no issues. Template is handy for fitting to wall but seemed to be off for one of the holes. Does seem to sit ok for 2 holes however

It’s good but doesn’t last
I have had this light 4 months and one of the panels has already stopped working !! But it looks really cool

Cool teen gift
Bought as a gift for a teen. He loves the remote function to change the colours. Remember to buy a USB plug though as won’t work without one

Daughter wanted this led clock for her room. Has an alarm which is handy. Really really bright though.
