Very comfortable and easy to adjust tension with the straps if you need it. It gives great support to my knees. It's also a great value compared to big box stores. The size for me was perfect.Just make sure you measure your thighs as shown in the pictures so you can get the correct size.Each one of the braces as a loop on the back to slip the strap through so it won't slide around which allows you to adjust the tension for your needs.

My biggest issue with sleeve knee braces is that after a short period of time they tend to slip down while walking. These give good support (though not the same support as thicker braces) and don't slide down. Needless to say, they won't help with bone-on-bone pain. Only knee surgery will fix that. However, for medium lateral support these are great. The extra strap the wraps around the leg keep them up, which is a win for me, and they are easy to put on and take off. Plus, compared to other brands they are very inexpensive. Best of all, you get two for less than the cost of one of another brand!

They are amazing if you need some support but not too much. They work well and the velcro doesn't move. If you watch the video you won't have problems with putting it on so it's pretty easy. It helps with the pain I get from unstable joints. The reason I took off a star is it's a little tight even though I measured my thigh 🙁. I will only use them at home because walking in them feels like having a rope around my thigh. Definitely measured and get a size bigger than it says. Remember, you can always tighten it with straps.

My lateral ligament was pinched/injured. After looking at multiple sleeves I chose the Copper compression sleeve. I ordered the Medium size using the size chart. It fit perfect, as I don’t have very big legs. After about 3 weeks of wearing it all day and slipping an ice pad during the evening, taking it off to sleep. I generally walk approx 3-4 miles a day at work, so after walking with a significant limp for about 3 weeks the pain has almost vanished and the pain has subsided. I still wear it as I have arthritis in both knees but never as bad as this past few months. Definitely recommend!!!

If your on the thicker side, it does tend to roll down alot. You literally have to be in a stagnant position like sitting on the couch relaxing. If your not a bed turner it stay up but if so it'll roll down. However the compression itself is great.
