This is a smaller fireplace , so make sure you measure it’s the size you want . It was perfect for the spot I had for it . It’s well made and the finish had no flaws , the electrical cord is heavy duty, it isn’t very loud, and the remote works great . You can set the timer from 30 minutes to 6 hours , and it auto cycles the heat on and off depending on when it reaches the temp you set it at . It will not / should never run continuously for safety . It puts out great heat . I use it in a large 20 x 20 master bedroom - and it’s super warm if I shut the door .Assembly is a two person job and it takes a while. Nothing was missing and all parts were labeled with letters/ numbers. Be patient, read the directions carefully. And you hopefully have a power screwdriver .That was the only down side , but once assembled it isn’t too heavy so it’s easy to move to where you want it . Very pleased with quality and performance !

Great instructions!! Easy to assemble, takes a little time, arrived in excellent condition, does work. Temp goes up to 82, only one setting for blower low, it does turn on and instantly the heater is warm, if you want it more for decoration it is wonderful. Can warm up a small room over a few hours. Not a main source of heat. Light weight, easy to move around. Good value for the money.

We were looking forward to this fireplace as it looks elegant, however as we started putting it together, one of the screws just would not screw as the previous two had, we tried several times and it would not screw in, apparently something was wrong with the built in washer, therefore we could not continue putting it together. Had to go through the trouble of packing back into the box. We are now waiting for our shipping label from the company to ship back to get our refund.

I have a cape so it’s perfect and a beautiful accent. Heat feels great. A couple hours to put together but it was not too bad. I love it 👍🏻

The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit, easy instructions and the flames look more realistic than the pictures posted. The mantle and side pieces are real wood and solid! It does make a"fan" noise that is louder than I hoped but is not noticeable with other background noise.So far LOVE this fireplace! Amazing addition to the dining room for cozy warm mornings with coffee and romantic dinners. So happy with this purchase! Looks like it's always belonged in here!

This is an eye catching electric fireplace that adds additional heat when needed. Despite lacking a few pre-drilled holes, the assembly went smoothly with only me (a gal) putting it together. And after buying a fire crackling sound gadget (which came with music plus three different fire sounds), it's perfect. Can't go wrong.

Easy to put it together and it fits perfectly to the wall. It warms up the room very quickly, which makes it cozy. Will wait for this month's utility bill to check if this is energy efficient or not.

Size is misleading. Cheap materials. Junk
