I didn't love the look of all the rings but that's why it's nice you get 9. All the rings fit well (size 9) and they never really got worn down. The spinney rings worked good once you spun 'em enough to break the seal

9 for 12 sounds great but the quality is what you paid for, only some of the rings are arguably worth more than their price, but if you want many rings without dropping much, this is a good deal.

Comes with all the rings shown. They have a perfect fit if you know your ring size and are comfortable for rings. The ones with chains do spin.
