Great cheap upgrade. Looks stock and comfortable.
Time will tell on endurance but looks fantastic.I slide it right before my left shoulder and extends across chest, very comfortable and visible. Will promote more seat-belt intimacy as when belt retracts you need to slide down pad so belt retracts fully(no slack). Or secure it looser and hold while belt retracts. Just like the pedal covers I buy, I have no problem purchasing them again in 2-3 years if they wear, same with these but they may last longer.

looks great in my 300, definitely a cheap way to subtly upgrade your interior. They fit snug to the seatbelt and act as a pad that is comfortable and adjustable
