Terrible product, even worse customer support
Huge waste of time and money. I was never able to use this printer. It arrived with a warped X/U axis rail, when I attempted to get a replacement from the company, they shipped it in literally the stupidest way possible. A long rail in a big square box. The rail was poking out and damaged before it arrived. Not to mention the fact that they left half of what I needed out of the package. I tried very hard to work with the company but they simply couldn't or wouldn't do it within my return window, so it had to go back. Print quality is the worst I've ever seen, since it didn't print anything at all ever.
