I got this based on the recommendation of my nutritionist. She said a lot of electrolytes mixes are full of sugars/assorted vitamins and don’t actually have enough of the sodium and potassium we need. This has it all! And the monk fruit sweetener has less aftertaste than stevia to me. It took a few doses to get accustomed to drinking a salty tasting drink, but now I’m hooked! I no longer need coffee to pick me up midday, this is more refreshing and I feel better energy. I love the watermelon and orange flavors! Strawberry was not my favorite but that’s probably a personal preference.

I use this every day. I buy the one with electrolytes and now I have my husband drinking it too. It’s better for you than protein drinks and it also gives you the electrolytes. He drinks tons of water but was getting cramps at night so I told him to drink this because he goes to the gym daily and needs the electrolytes because of his water consumption. It works, no more night cramping. The taste isn’t bad and I love that there’s no artificial colors or dyes. It’s sweetened with stevia so it’s not bad for you.

Overly sweetened and did not mix easily. Flavor was good aside from how sweet it was. We do like the product and will likely buy again.

You get your non caloric protein and staying hydrated all in one. All of the flavors are so good too!

If you love the taste of artificial seeetners then you will love this stuff. It doesn’t mix well in liquids and tastes so strong of artificial sweetener that even when put into 8 ounces of juice you have to painfully drink it down because it tastes so awful

Contains the amino acid ingredients I need before surgery. Dissolves easily.

Love the ingredients. Did not love the taste. The strawberry tasted and smelled like tomatoes maybe? I mix this with a sugar free fruit juice to get it down. I thought maybe I would get used to it but unfortunately not. Because I do love what's in it I'm sorely tempted to try another flavor but at this price point it's not worth the risk. The powder doesn't dissolve easily but this is not a big deal to me and if it sits for a minute or two it will dissolve. Rework the flavor profile and maybe adjust the price a bit and I would be a loyal customer.
