I have a flyscreen over the kitchen sliding external door for many years due to the amount of flying beasties we get coming into the kitchen. In the past I've used hook & eye tape to fix to the door surround but it comes off the screen after a while. I've used this to fit a new fly screen this time around and wished I found it years ago. Very easy to attach the screw poppers onto the UPVC door surround after drilling small holes for the screw side of the poppers then punch a small hole through the flyscreen material and press the 'molegrip' to squish the other side of the popper on. The only downside is the hole punching die is pretty useless so I used my own hole punch. Overall it works fine, I'm finding other things to attach the poppers to now. Easy to use and consistent results.

Basically, they are an adapted set of mole grips. They are adjusted in the same way as mole grips are, so you can vary the pressure applied to the press stud components when fitting. They come with a variety of well made magnetic dies that slot into the recesses in the various component parts of the pop studs. It's so much easier than using a hammered die. The available adjustment allows one to slowly increase the pressure over two or three applications, gradually tightening the fastening to your project. Nice piece of kit, not a bad price considering the aggravation it saves.

Good product.Used it to fasten the carpet down in my motorhome.Would have many more uses.

Used it to fix snap fasten buttons on heavy winter coat. Simple to use, good quality and would work well only almost any garment including bags etc.

Great tool great idea for applying press studs down only slight down side if not line it up properly and press to hard not ajust properly you can accidently squash the press stud having to star again

It is a no brand tool and few taps to use. There are better offers on amazon, but without bag. I think the bag is more expensive than the tool.

Does what it is supposed to. Not the greatest quality but I am happy with how it works.

I used it for securing an enclosure on my UTV and it performed perfectly. I thought it was a little pricy but the tool itself is heavy duty and made the work easy.
