Could be brighter, and could be more durable, but good for adults
I'm a little worried that my younger volunteers will end up breaking these, despite my instructions to not use them as lightsabers. They feel a little flimsy, and are hard to see in the day time (our event starts in the day and goes into the night, so they work fine in the night, but I used to have flags on a pole (that are easier to see in the day, but not visible in the night).I'm pretty happy with these. I used rechargeable C batteries, and they didn't go through a whole charge, over a 3 day event. I assume my volunteers didn't leave them on very much during the day, so probably only got 4 hours or so of use.

Does the job, but cheaply made
These work great overall. But not sure who designed them. if you shake them (which you tend to do while directing traffic) they can randomly turn off. I assume it's because the batteries disconnect just enough to turn them off. You may have to stuff something down to hold the batteries. You get a pack of 10 though!, so if it's worth the hassle, it's worth the cost. Our volunteers use these, and sometimes they get dropped. They hold up to a bit of abuse, but eventually the clip will snap off. Just know that you'll be buying another set in 6 months if they're used regularly.

Cool
I bought these more for a workplace joke, but they're actually really cool and I can see how useful they would be. They feel really sturdy. They come with a carry bag. They're 21" and very bright. They require 2 C batteries a piece. They also have 3 settings. One is a fast strobe, second is a slower strobe, and lastly a solid light.I can see where these would useful. Again. Bought them as a workplace joke, but I'll end up keeping them in my truck, just in case.

These are ok but one came broken
My son loves these and saved up his allowance to buy them. They are bright and he really enjoys them but one of them does not light up properly. They are meant to cycle through different light modes and one wand does while the other just stays in the "on" position with no access to the flashing modes. We have tried replacing batteries and everything but it just seems defective. I bet others are fine and we probably got a bad one. These need C batteries though so be ready for that, I assumed double A's and did not read any descriptions prior to purchase (my fault), and these do not come with batteries included.

Fun!
Fun parking safety flashlights that look like light sabers from Star Wars.

Garbage
These are absolute trash. I purchased 20 of these to use for parking cars at our town festival. Half of them stopped working properly within 5 hours. The light would go out, and you'd have to bang on the handle to get them to work. The second day of the festival, we had some dark clouds roll in. We started collecting our parking volunteers immediately, but it began to drizzle before we got everyone picked up. Every single wand we had that got slightly moist, completely stopped working altogether. They didn't get soaked. Just slightly damp. This was a huge waste of money, and now I find myself on here looking for new and better wands for this years festival.

Works great plenty bright
My friend drives a dirt light model, and these are plenty bright and large enough for him to see how far back the next car is works great. Mine does use c size batteries

Good Quality
We like these for our night time work on the highway. I was impressed with the quality. I was worried about purchasing these !! And I am impressed.

C size batteries
Takes C size batteries, NOT D size! Overall quality pretty average considering the price and how cheap you can get them from China. Thought I was spending a bit extra on a quality product. Wasn't.
