Damaged in shipping
My customer of my HVAC Company really liked the product. To bad I had to repair it worked just fine. Should be a little more careful with shipping.

Easy install, works perfectly
Just a DIY guy here. My home has 3 older dampers. The first floor damper stopped opening. I replaced it with the Honeywell. Very easy install. Only need tape and mastic for the joints. The wiring was easy to install. Youtube has a few good videos for this product install.

Damper housing metal is thick gauge,.. looks like it’s been cut from spiral duct… very firm strong… Damper itself ( normally open ) closes on a thick firm rubber stop which makes for an , almost air tight seal and of course quieter operationally…

Ordered new item but received the used one
Fires of all I ordered new item but received the used one, secondly the item is not the same model I ordered.The purchase was made due to dumper issue and causing repair delay
