Returned. When connected, product was not delivering connection to my lap top and screen. Returned.

"A" series work around!
If you're someone with a Samsung A series that's been wanting to connect your phone to your TV, this is the solution! Combine this with a USB C hub and it'll connect your phone to the TV. Connect the HDMI to this, and then the other end to the USB hub, then from the hub connect the USB C cord to your phone and it'll pair. A QR code should appear on the TV asking you to download on app, that's normal. Once it's downloaded, your phone should connect to your TV.

Unable to use on MAC - not Plug-n-Play
Too complicated to setup just to add another monitor to an iMac. It asks to access a specific website (in Chinese) to get the MAC driver PKG. The driver did not work, will be returning. This HDMI adapter was bought with another adapter, the difference is the other USB C worked as soon as it was connected. It may work on Windows, but this USB 3.0 does not on MAC.

Easy to install, zero problems
I am buying 4 more of these, because of how easy, sturdy, and zero issues while installing & using them. I have purchased similar items, and they had large issues with allowing the full quality of the monitor(s) through the USB2 ports. I have put these on the same ports on the same computer, and full features within 2-3 min after the install of the drivers which come built into the USB part. I am very pleased, same quality no matter if USB-2 or 3 both allow full quality of video!

Worked like a champ from the moment it was plugged in. Love it for using my tablet with a large screen TV for a monitor.

Good Try
Tried these on three different computers. Wrote the seller and they told me they should work. I wrote the MFG, they told me they should work with the OS Plug-N-Play. NOPE. I kept it and when I find a driver that will actually, I will up date this with that link.
