Superbly performing grass under drought and heat conditions!
Great stuff! The first year, the performance was so-so as the seedlings were getting established, which is, of course, to be expected. But by the second year, wow! utterly fantastic. Well established and the grass did thrive under the full sun during drought conditions. I never had to water once while several neighbors who had chosen the wrong grass seeds saw large swaths of their grass burn up in patches.

Great seeds
Not sure why people didn't have much luck with, it worked great for me. I prepped the dirt, laid the seeds, covered with a roll of straw and watered daily. They were sprouting grass within 4 days. It worked so good I bought it again for an area that used to be a garden and it is already thick and I laid it down a week ago. I have used three other types of seeds and had terrible luck. It was recommended by a landscaping business so i gave it a try. I wish I did a before and after to show but, it works great as long as you cover it and water it daily.

Minimal growth
I followed the directions on the back and watered accordingly. However, after two and a half weeks I'm starting to see some new grass. It's been a slow process. Would not recommend. Very disappointed in the progress.

It’s ok but not the quality I’m used too
Germination is a little slower than the original blend so be prepared for that. Could take 3-4 weeks before they sprout. The yard is full now. It’s not better than the original blend. It looks good but the blades are not as plush or dark green.

Doing well in part sun in Texas
I used this to fill in a large bare patch in my backyard in central Texas. have pretty dense clay soil and partial sunlight in this area of the yard. It grew in well and is still green. Not sure how it will fare over the hottest parts of summer but so far so good!
