Wow! This is my go-to for digging through tough clay and tangled roots. I tossed my other digging tools aside after I started using this. I'm involved in habitat restoration and that means digging out invasive plants and vines while leaving native plants. This tool is sharp and well designed. It is slender enough to work around good plants to get to the invasive ones. I got the "tooth trowel" and I can use the serrated edge to rib open bags of potting soil or cut through roots in the soil. Makes it like a 2-in-one tool. Comfortable in the hand. Sturdy. The yellow stripe helps me find it if I lay it on the ground. Highly recommended.

I started using this trowel the moment I received it, and so far it’s the best hand trowel I’ve ever bought! It’s sturdy, well-made, and very sharp. Perfect for digging out weeds in hard soil. I never once worried that it might bend, like others I’ve had in the past. The saw-tooth side came in handy for cutting through a handful of long grass when the shears were out of reach. I also love that it can be sharpened if it ever gets dull. Very happy with this purchase!

Perfect size. Heavy weight materials. Put together well for years of use in the garden. Reminds me of the way tools were made decades ago. Has a sharpened edge, however could be sharper. Scoops up large amounts of soil. No.1 tool I've purchased for my garden

I called this a digger but my wife said sometimes you just need to call a spade, a spade. Secretly, however, I still call it a digger. Anyway, it’s good and really strong. It digs. Or spades.

Very sturdy….worth the cost

Great working tool, the sharpness and the cutting tool on the side make it very versatile. HOWEVER, there is no hole in the handle to hang it up. I wanted to buy this as gifts for people for Christmas, but I won't for that reason.

This is a very nice garden shovel. I’ve never had one this nice, it’s heavy duty and won’t bend.
