Easy to follow
I love this book. It is easy to follow and very relaxing.

Safe, gentle exercises
As we age, it can be difficult to remain flexible and retain our mobility. I liked that this book is aimed at seniors and helping them make the most of their golden years. But, I can also see this book being useful to those new to exercising or those who may have some mobility limitations. The exercises are gentle and each one is illustrated. This helps ensure that you will be safe while completing them. As a bonus, the author provides a progress journal. This is printable, but it allows you to track your progress and see growth. I enjoyed this book very much and can see myself getting a lot of use out of it.

Simple exercises while setting
Exercises are a way for someone to lose weight but also should have a healthy lifestyle. You should include exercises every day, even while setting and this book has some simple exercising with instructions. As you age your body loses muscle mass, your metabolism slows down, and your hormones change. Exercising relieves stress and helps your well-being. I have started the twenty-eight-day chair yoga and I actually enjoy it and already feel better.
