Pretty simple, great product, very happy with it so far. I haven’t been able to high bar squat in a while due to an old rotator cuff injury. With this bar, I feel safe and comfortable. I can lightly grab my rack for balance and the bar sits so nicely in the neck even without me holding it. If you’ve never used one, you’re in for a treat!

This bar is extremely well made and solid! It will last a lifetime. The shoulder pad is comfortable and leaves me no excuse to not do squats. I like that the pad area tilts forward as you can see in my photo. This makes it very easy to get up in there and start. It comes all put together in a very large, heavy box. They pack it with way more plastic and foam than it needs since it would be almost impossible to damage this thing.Because it's so heavy duty it ways a lot more than a regular 45lb straight bar. At least 20lb more. This may be a problem for someone who can't lift 65plus lbs. onto the rack by themselves.The only thing I don't like is the bar is very smooth where the weight plates go. Spring clamps are completely useless. Even the clamps in my picture with rubber on the inside will slip if I tilt the bar at all. These same clamps hold on real tight with a ridged bar. I may start using two clamps on each side or find an even stronger clamp.

This worked great for the bar that goes across my beach chair and hurts my back.

I almost purchased a used safety bar at nearly twice the price. At the last moment, I checked Amazon, assuming they would not have one, but this checks all the boxes. Great deal, comfortable padding, and it does its job. It is slightly lighter at 55 pounds Than other safety squat bars I have used at 65 pounds, but I just take that into account when loading it.

This bar was over $100 less than every other brand. You can’t beat this value. First off, when you open up the package you will notice that the packaging is immaculate. I have used this safety squat bar for a week and I am satisfied. No more back/neck pain from doing regular barbell squats. The padding around the neck is extremely firm. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Now you can get back to doing this necessary exercise pain free!

Bar arrived in perfect condition with both handles. No damage to box which only speaks to UPS personnel that handle the pkg. Would have been 5 star if bar pad cover was installed correctly by the Mfg. Will update after a few uses to determine comfort and sturdiness.

Very sturdy, very heavy, and says put on your back. The bar is one piece (solid metal) with screw in handles. Guessing it is the same as another more expensive bar. Just got another logo.
