We run several pieces of machinery with this brand of VFD, from 1hp to 10hp.After several years using them we are more than happy and would recommend to anybodyWe did have one problem a couple of years ago, we wrote to manufacturer. Their guy helped fix the problem and that VFD hasn’t skipped a beat since. It was our error in programming that caused the problem

So far so good. I used it for a 3 phase Bridgeport mill. I was able to setup the original Bridgeport forward/reverse switch to send the forward/reverse signal to the drive. I set all the other parameters to match the info from the mill's motor. It works great. Does what it should. For a really low price. I hope it lasts, but time will tell!

If you want smooth motor control at low RPMs spend more money. If you are happy with variable control between 50% and 100% you can’t beat the price.

Seemed to work well for about an hour with no load on the driven motor. Then started to smoke. Internal capacitor had blown. As an experienced engineer, I could troubleshoot and repair.Instructions are typically difficult to decipher. Many aspects of setup left unaddressed or vague.
