Where do I start! How can u send a banner that is so dull in color. Cake topper is a joke!! Back drop came with rusted corner rings that end up damaging the banner!! I had rust circle through out the back drop & color blended into other areas. Don’t get me started on the “foil” balloons. I except two foil balloons (1 sun & 1 beach ball) I can’t believe that they send me a small size plastic beach ball and expected me to not notice the difference.String was all knotted and useless. I would not buy again & would not recommend to anyone.
