Rectified a problem
I have to say I am really impressed with this company. I received a crystal that I was not pleased with. The look was no where near the image. When they got in touch asking my opinion, I explained I was not happy. Not only did they assist me with an apology, but they also gave me the option of getting another carnelian (choice of 3). I have received my crystal and now happy with the outcome

Good shapes, not very colourful
Good shapes and sizes. I appreciate that you won’t get exactly what’s in the image, but I had hoped there would be a more colour to the stones. Amethyst is very pale and labradorite has no real colour at all, mostly greyish. Not a biggie but something to consider.

Do not buy
Dull, rough uncut stone. Deeply disappointed, nothing like the crystal cut amethyst in the picture. Will return if possible.

Good quality gemstone, but check the size I thought it was going to be bigger
I think this a good quality gemstone, although I did want a bigger size, however, I did my size dimensions wrong!.
