The media could not be loaded. I have a friend that comes up from Boston for visits. She offer sleeping on the sofa, but I got this fold-up bed to have for her. Unfortunately it delivered late.Anyway I still want to keep it for another time.The bed came totally disassembled in a large box. All of the components were contained inside plastic bag and clearly labeled, and all of the tools you needed were included. The instructions were easy to follow and it took me no more than a half-hour to assemble it. It is very stable and strong even it was metal grids designed inside the frame. The mattress was shrink-wrapped and highly compressed. Folding up the bed does require a little bit of effort. There are braces to fiddle with a little bit that engage and disengage, and it does require a little effort to lift each end up, but it's not insurmountable.When laying flat, the mattress felt acceptable. Certainly better than a sofa.

Bed frame would rate 5 stars. Easy to assemble. Folds up well and size of bed is fine for me. Mattress is very hard. I like a firm mattress but this one is more than firm , in my opinion. With a better mattress would be 5 stars all around. Company reached out twice and stated they were reviewing the mattress situation. Customer support is very good. They ask what they could do to make it better and were willing to work with me on it.

Instructions were clear with good English & sequential illustrations.

Very comfortable, easy to fold up and store away. The assembly was a bit frustrating and took longer than expected. But overall happy with the purchase, I would buy again if I need another spare fold up bed.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a quite stable bed frame with easily foldable feature. It’s a good choice for temporary using or small space. There are two wheels with brake, which make the bed movable. I bought for my nephew who is visiting me temporarily. Not bad!

Only received the frame and mattress. Missing tools, screws and items c and e. Edit...quick response on replacement of missing parts. I will leave 3 stars until I've received replacements. Edit...received parts frame works wonderfully

Overall the product is good but it was missing a lot of hardware. Several screws and parts of the frame. We had to call a handyman so he could make the parts with a local blacksmith, and buy new wheels, because we could not find the nuts required to use the ones that came with the bed.Unfortunately the only solution we were offered was to return the whole bed instead of sending us the missing parts. We couldn’t wait any longer so we opted to find a solution ourselves which turned out to be more expensive and time consuming

Item came as described. It was easy to assembled. It is very convenient as to move around. It does not take much space. Very easy to fold. Once fully inflate, it looks perfect and as shown in the picture. I highly recommend this.
