I got this out of an abundance of caution. No issues, and my lint trap area looked fairly clean, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have this. It attached perfectly to my vacuum cleaner. I stuck the hose into the lint trap area of my dryer and it immediately sucked up a huge glob of lint from the very bottom, where the lint gets sucked down into the dryer vent. So that was alarming.I also think this attachment will be helpful for other situations where I need to get into narrow spaces, like between the washer/dryer or back behind some appliances. This is a great tool to have.

This works exactly like it was intended. I hook it to the hose on my vacuum and have had no issues. I have even used it in other places in my house where the regular vacuum hose and attachments just doesn't fit. Easy to store since it's small and flexible.

Great tool for dryer lint vent and under refrigerator. The flat design fits the modern driver screen vent openings. Only one drawback, is that when connected it makes a high pitched whistle. Does a great job, so I will live with it. It’s not in use that long, so not all that.

Has NEVER been cleaned.Dryer was taking upwards of 5 HOURS to dry even small loads. Sent in Maintenance Request to Apartment Manager.Apartment Manager was assured by Maintenance that they solved the problem. Maintenance just ran the dryer for couple minutes with nothing in it and pronounced it 'Fixed'.They did not actually fix anything.I said Maintenance is comprised of Ignorant Fools and may have made things worse. Got this and an extendable vent brush kit (sold by a different vendor). I cleaned the vent line from the wall to the outside, and the lint from the insides of the dryer myself. Now the drying time is between 40 and 60 minutes per load. Electric bill significantly reduced. Chance of fire also reduced.I do not want to be on fire. Fire causes paperwork. I hate paperwork.

The lazy way to clean your dryer. Cleans the inside drum vent part..gets it all nice and tidy. Just keep in mind it does NOT replace taking the outside venting pipe off and doing a proper clean and replacement. This is a nice way to take care of half the dryer maintenance...but you still need to clean that exhaust pipe thing periodically.Liking this to clean weird crevaces around the house too--like where the bannister meets the upstairs wall, there's a small gap that collects dust..this fits down into there and cleans it nicely. Been doing that with my floor register vents too--take the covers off and drop this down into the hvac ductwork.Super handy and nice to see tools that fit my unkillable Shark vac--This thing is prettt much indestructible, so i'm happy to spend a few bucks on add-on tools instead of an entirely new vac.

Didn’t work for me. Can’t get it to bend in areas that need cleaning. It’s just a straight shot with no angle to clean other parts.

Easy to use, I started with an empty dust cup on my vacuum just to see how much it would collect.It was amazing how much lint was sucked out of my dryer.

I like this and will use it a lot. There is a minor inconvenience with using adapters and one item that fit loosely, but still works. Bottom line though, is this is a good value. Also the dryer attachment found a lot of lint that my previous removal attempts could not find. My dryer works much better now.
