I found these held for my 1940s hairstyle. I have very fine hair, these stayed in place for the whole time I was out. These are very small, but they worked for the half updo. I will buy the other sizes up for different styles. They are expensive but the teeth touch which is what keeps them in place on my fine hair, unlike others.

Brilliant. Wish I’d known about these sooner. I’ve always had incredibly fine hair and its got worse with ill health. I’ve never been able to use hair combs or clips successfully but these little combs are fantastic. They stay put and keep my hair in place all day!

Very small combs. Not at all suitable for my thick curly hair as the description implied. I tried to return them, as £9 is way too much to spend on 2 baby combs, but they are not eligible for returns. I've cancelled my other basket items from this brand for this reason.

Yes they do grip as specified but watch sizing. These extremely expensive in my opinion for very small combs. I wasn’t impressed with that!

I think the hair holding capabilities of these combs is probably second to none if that’s what you are looking for. I have very fine hair and feel a bit concerned if the potential damage to my hair so have to place and remove them very carefully. However, they are well made and very smooth.

Grip into my fine hair well, and are quite sturdy, but they are quite expensive for what they are.
